California - Angels Gate Hi-Railers Model Railroad Club
San Pedro, CA - Welcome to the official home page of the Angels Gate Hi-Railers Model Railroad Club (AGHR). We are located in Angels Gate Park, 3601 South Gaffey Street, Building 848 (by the soccer field and the vehicle storage yard) in San Pedro, California on what used to be the upper reservation of the old Fort MacArthur military base.
The layout is basically a large "out and back" convoluted oval consisting of a primary and secondary mainline-both supported by a seven-track staging yard. They are also supported by a small through yard about midway through the layout.
