NAXTransportation
NAXTransportation is a fictitious railroad corporation. It was created as a vehicle to share the fun of model railroading. This website mixes reality and hobby to create a dimension of enjoyment for all of its visitors.
The subsidiary lines of the corporation are based in the history of railroading in Northern New Jersey and New York's Hudson River Valley.
The Northern Valley, Knickerbocker, & Eastern Railway is a freelance shortline, modeled in part on the New York Central's West Shore Division. It is conceived as a New York Central successor line set in the present day.
